What is Dermaplaning?

The treatment is a safe and highly effective exfoliating procedure for the face. It is performed using a sterile surgical scalpel to gentle 'shave' the skin surface, removing the very top layer of the dead skin cells along with the fine, vellus hair. This leaving your skin baby soft.

• Does it hurt?

     

No, not at all. It's a light controlled sweeping motion, no pain whats so ever.

• Will my hair grow back thicker?

​

No it won't. I'll be removing the vellus hair. The 'peach fuzz hair', it wont grow back thicker or thinner. Its biologically impossible for hair to grow back thicker because of shaving. Shaving simply creates a blunt tip on the hairs, which many people interpret as greater thickness.

• How often can i have this treatment?

​

I would recommend having this facial every 6 weeks to see optimal results.
